PROBLEM: I have a fan on my computer that is making a lot of noise or doesn't turn at all. What should I do?

SOLUTION: Do what the owner of Craig Williams Computing Does. Craig says, "I use a hypodermic needle and syringe filled with 5-parts 3 & 1 oil and 1-part Formula 3. I insert it through the lable on the end of the fan and release a drop or two into the fan bearing. I then use a screwdriver to force the blades to turn. After a few turns with the screwdriver, the fan begins to turn on it's own. After plugging it in and running a few seconds, it's running better, faster and quieter than when it was brand new! Unless it's burned out, I never replace computer fans!"
